Reservation & booking of treatments:

We recommend booking your appointments for treatments together with the room reservation before your arrival, so that we can accommodate your wishes. You will receive your spa appointments timetable on upon arrival at check-in. Additional appointments can be made directly at the pool/wellness reception during the opening hours. Outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel reception.

Take your time:

We kindly ask you to arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment at our Alpine World Wellness & Spa Centre – in your bathrobe. Relax in the relaxation area while listening to the beautiful meditation music and enjoying a cup of tea. We kindly inform you that in case of your delayed arrival we have to deduct the time from your treatment.

Please come to your appointment wearing your bath robe. To protect your privacy, we will carefully cover your body during the treatment (we also provide you with disposable underwear if required).

You will be asked by our staff about what you expect from the treatment in order to better satisfy your individual wishes and requirements. You may also inform our staff about your preferences regarding pressure during a massage, lighting, temperature and music, or if you need an extra towel. Please ensure that you will discuss any health problem with our spa specialists before each treatment or advise them when making your appointment, in order to avoid inappropriate treatments. Communication is the key to guarantee a satisfying result.

Shower & how to prepare for your treatment:

A warm shower before the treatment is ideal to prepare your skin for the creams and oils used. We only use first-class products of high quality, which will nourish and relax your skin. We advise ladies not to epilate before a peeling treatment. We advise not to do peelings when you have sunburn or your skin is irritated. For men, it is recommended to shave before a facial treatment to ensure a deeper action of the caring products. In case of pregnancy, please ask our staff about the suitable treatments.

Cancellation & if something happens in the meantime:

Already arranged and booked appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please understand that otherwise we have to charge you for the treatment.

Opening hours:

Our opening hours for treatments, facials and massages: Daily between 8.30 am and 7.30 pm

Children & “Alpi’s Spa”:

Our spa area is a place to relax. Please understand that children under the age of 12 years are not allowed at the Alpenwelt Spa, unless they have a treatment booked at Alpi’s Spa. Children’s treatments are available between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm and are tailored to the needs of children aged between 4 and 10 years. The presence of the parents during the treatment is not required, but always welcome.

Pool & Alpenwelt wellness & spa:

Please always wear swimwear for swimming and in our pool area. For hygienic reasons, we kindly ask you not to wear swimsuits in our spa area (saunas, steam bath), we are glad to provide you with Hammam linen if you desire to cover your body and small towels for sitting in the steam bath.

Towels for Pool & Alpenwelt wellness & spa centre:

In your room you will find a basket for your spa visit. It contains towels for the use of saunas and pool.

Food & drinks:

In the waiting area you will find our tea & vitamin bar. We ask for your understanding that consumption of food and/or drinks in other areas is not allowed. Thank you.
If you wish to have a coffee or tea with a snack or sweets from the lunch or afternoon buffet, please note that the part of our restaurant “s’Nestl” (area behind the buffet with the green tile stove) is designed as a “spa restaurant” which you may enter dressed in your bathrobe.
