  • We have adjusted our cancellation terms to suit the current situation. At the moment we permit free cancellations down to 7 days prior to arrival for all stays up to 06.04.2021.
  • Furthermore, we have made it possible to postpone your booking free of charge within the last 7 days prior to arrival.
  • No cancellation fees will be charged if a border is closed or the authorities order an accommodation provider to close his/her facilities.
  • Despite the current ‘corona pandemic’ status, the European Travel Insurance now also covers actual cases of Corona infection, and quarantine ordered as a result of contact with an infected person. Yes! The fee covers breakfast, a light buffet lunch, an afternoon snack, and a 4-course evening meal.

Arrivals and departures are possible on any day of the week. Please understand, on the day of arrival your room will be available at 3pm at the latest, although you are welcome to arrive before this time. On the day of departure your room must be vacated by around 10am.

Free WLAN is available around the entire hotel and in all rooms! All services included in the price are listed here.

Yes! Use of the indoor swimming pool and saunas is included in the price. The prices of each specific spa/health treatment can be viewed here.

Children are welcome to play in the Panorama Pool between 11am and 6pm. The times before and after this period are reserved for ‘swimmers’, when kids should refrain from playing in the pool. The spa area is open to children age 12 years an up.

There are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces for hotel guests. We also offer covered parking spaces for €5/day and spaces in the garage for €9/day.

Pay spaces must be reserved in advance!

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately! The earlier you cancel, the easier it is for us to find a compromise. As a rule, the following cancellation fees apply if we are unable to find replacement tenants for a room:
 

  • > 3 months prior to arrival: No cancellation fees
  • 3 to 1 month(s) prior to arrival: 40% of the total fee
  • 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total fee
  • In the final week prior to arrival: 90% of the total fee

 

All contracts are subject to the Austria Hotel Contract Terms.

We guarantee holiday fun the whole year round and, yes, your dog’s welcome too!

The hotel is a certified, 5-paw-rated operation and has been checked by dog-owner organisations. We are delighted when guests decide to bring their dogs along. Dogs are very welcome and can rely on the benefits in our ‘Services for Dogs’ list – including a welcome treat, bowls and mats in various sizes, and dog waste bags - all in your room. We also offer lots of extras to ensure owners and their dogs enjoy a stress-free stay here with us. Naturally, if you want your dog to be with you in the restaurant, that’s fine; we’ll reserve you a table in the ‘9ers’ restaurant, where dogs are very welcome. If you wish to treat your ‘best friend’ to the extras we provide, the daily rates are €17 without food, and €30 with the feeding service.

Yes. Indoors, all rooms and apartments are non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is permitted on balconies and out on the large panoramic patio.

We gladly cater to all your dietary needs. Please let us know about allergenic reactions, dietary intolerances or dietary plans, so we can adapt your meals and living conditions within the framework of the feelgood package. Moreover, all dishes containing substances known to trigger intolerances or allergenic reactions are clearly labelled to enable you to make an informed choice from the menu. Our waiters, waitresses and kitchen staff can also provide on-site advice!
