Prices and inclusive services

Prices are in Euro per person and night including Inntaler Hof 3/4 half board – valid from 3 nights – as well as all Inntaler Hof extras, and VAT. Local tax is not included (€ 2.80 per person/night from age 15 years). For overnight stays with breakfast only the price is reduced by € 20.- per adult and night.

Holiday packages, family and wellness packages

  • All holiday and wellness package prices are valid per person for the entire length of stay, excluding local tax of € 2.80 per person/night.
  • Daily arrival/departure during validity period is possible, except mountain summer and wellness taster days.
  • For additonal nights daily prices per price list apply.

Packages are valid for accommodation in double or singe rooms with view over the Inntal valley (according to availability). We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the room category. If you ask for family rooms, suites or family apartments, we will separately invoice the difference between the desired category and category C per person and day. Unused services cannot be refunded. SINGLE-ADVANTAGE: No surcharge for single occupancy within the holiday packages.

Reservation and cancellation

For binding reservations we ask for an advance payment of min. € 200,- per adult per bank transfer to the account indicated on your booking confirmation.

For reservations and cancellations the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry apply. For short-term cancellations and premature departures we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

Travel cancellation insurance

In order to avoid any inconvenience we recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance. We will send you insurance information from the Europäische Reiseversicherung together with your booking confirmation.

  • Does the room price include half board?

    Yes, the room price includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and a 4-course menu of choice for dinner. More information…

  • Is Wifi available in the hotel?

    Yes, Wifi is available free of charge in the whole hotel and all rooms. Find all inclusive services here.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Daily arrival and departure is possible. We ask for your understanding Your room will be ready for you at 4.00 p.m. at the latest on the date of your arrival, check-out is by 10.00 a.m. on your departure day. Please contact us for different arrangements.

  • Is the use of saunas and indoor pool included?

    Yes, the use of our panorama indoor pool and the saunas is included in the price. Prices for spa & beauty treatments can be found here.

  • Are our children allowed in the Spa area?

    The pool is opened for children from 11am until 6 pm. Before and after these times we have our “Swimming-hours”, where children are only allowed if they swim.
    The spa area is opened for children from 12 years, more information you may find in our Spa-etiquette.

  • Is a car park available?

    Free parking spaces are available for our guests in front of the hotel.

  • What are the cancellation fees?

    Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your reservation. We will certainly try our best to avoid cancellation fees. In general the following fees apply in case of cancellation:

    • Up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fees
    • Up to 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40%
    • Up to 1 month prior to arrival: 70%
    • Less than 1 week prior to arrival: 90%

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay with us against a fee (€ 15,- per day without food, € 25,- with food). Dogs are not allowed in the pool and spa areas, as well as in the dining room. On request, we serve all meals in the restaurant where dogs are allowed.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    All our rooms, suites and apartments are non-smoking rooms. We ask for your understanding that smoking is only allowed on balconies and on our panorama terrace!

  • I have food allergies, intollerances or follow a diet. What do I need to do?

    We may inform you, that we are able to meet any needs in your nutrition. It is helpful if you advise us already in advance about any intollerance or diet, so we can already take note of it in preparing all meals within our wonderfulboard. Also all meals are signed with allergic informations, so you can already consider while making the choice of your meals. Our Service- and Kitchen team will be pleased to help and assist on site as well!
