We are very proud that we have for the fifth time awarded with the seal of quality “Tirol Conscious” for the certified use of Tirolean and local products in our kitchen, which is a guarantee for very high quality of food and enjoyment for our guests. During a ceremonial act in October 2016, 176 hotels/restaurants have been allocated for their commitment to regionalism and their important support to a sustainable agriculture and economy.
The motto “experience deliberately Tirol” is an important guideline for us in all devisions of our hotel and restaurant business, particularly in our kitchen it is most important principle.
In addition to the meat, most of it is procured from our own farm which is operated in an extremely natural way, the other ingredients and food we purchase from domestic providers so that a honest and authentic cuisine can be offered and guaranteed. The creativity of our kitchen staff under the leadership of Tobias Geiger set the ingredients perfectly in scene and prepare dishes of top quality.
On the occasion of the “Genussabend (enjoyment evening)” in June 2016 we were allowed to demonstrate our food creations and performance to the press and many invited guests kindly supported by our local suppliers. (Press article in German)
