Activity Programme at the Inntaler Hof

Our activity programme for all abilities! Body and mind need exercise – regular fitness training keeps you healthy, young and beautiful. But sports can do much more: It makes you happy and raises your self-esteem. Meditation is fitness for the soul. During training, the primary motivation is for health reasons, e.g. for the prevention, stabilization, stress reduction and strengthening the body. The focus is on the health benefits of exercising and physical wellbeing and not performance.

Our health training, guided by our fitness trainer, is designed as a preventive, active exercise programme with professional supervision. In addition we offer individual consultations.

From Aqua-Fit to stretching. Fit through Life. Experience the joy of the own body during exercising. Tackle things at the right pace, explore your own limits in an unspoilt environment. Our gym is equipped with fitness equipment from Technogym. Our fitness coaches are happy to give you an introduction. Please also refer to our weekly information meetings.
