Declaration of accessibility

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.inntalerhof.at.

We endeavor to make our website accessible in accordance with the legal regulations on digital accessibility. The legal basis for this is provided in particular by the Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) and EU Directive 2016/2102.

This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) 2.0 and EU Directive 2016/2102. Some content is not yet fully accessible. However, we are endeavoring to gradually identify and remove existing barriers in order to continuously improve accessibility.

The following content is currently not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
Some PDF documents provided on the website are currently not accessible.

We will provide you with the content in a suitable, accessible format.

Disproportionate load
For economic and organizational reasons, older PDF and Office documents cannot be made fully accessible at the moment.
However, we are constantly working to rectify existing deviations from the accessibility requirements as far as we are able.

This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
There is older content and documents on the website that were published before June 28, 2025. These do not fall under the obligations of the Accessibility Act. There are currently no plans to make this content accessible at a later date.

In addition, third-party content is included on the website that is not created or controlled by us. No statement on accessibility can be made for this content as it does not fall within our area of responsibility. They are therefore also exempt from the legal requirements.

The accessibility of this website was assessed as part of a self-test based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

We will try to process your request as quickly as possible and give you feedback.

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with Limited Liability (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form.

The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with the accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies in question.
