Relaxation begins in the mountains

Wellness holiday in Tyrol

Our sauna area greets you with a finnish sauna and bio-steam sauna with panoramic views, aromatic steam bath, refreshing Kniepp-shower and Tyrolean bucket shower, panorama relax zone, connecting directly to the panorama garden and a tea bar with fresh Tyrolean mountain spring water and a selection of teas.

In the finnish sauna your circulation is stimulated at 90° and activates your body in an intensive way, in the bio steam sauna it is more gentle at 60° – both offering our unique panoramic view over the Inn valley. In the aromatic steam bath various enticing aromas help relieve everyday tension. After the sauna we recommend refreshing with our kneipp-sauna or Tyroler bucket shower.

We recommend booking treatments along with your hotel booking to enable us to fulfil your requirements as far as treatments, time and therapists are concerned. You will receive the confirmation of appointment at the hotel reception on arrival. If you would like to book further appointments, our wellness reception, or hotel reception are available.

Please send the completed form to info@inntalerhof.com.

To get the most out of your treatment we request you to arrive 5 minutes (waiting room outside the treatment rooms) before the time of appointment, where you can prepare yourself with a cup of tea. Out of respect for the following appointments, we request your understanding that in case of late arrival to an appointment it cannot be extended. Thank you!

Please come to your treatment in a bath robe. To protect your personal privacy we will cover you accordingly during your treatment. Disposable panties are available.

In the pool area we request you to wear swimwear. In the sauna area no clothing is allowed.

During your treatment, we would like to respond to your individual needs. Before the treatment begins you will be asked by our therapists what is particularly important to you within the scope of the treatment booked, to enable us to tailor the appointment time accordingly. Please remember to explain any particular health concerns, as individual treatments may be unsuitable.

Your wishes and concerns can be directly discussed with our masseur, whether it be pressure of massage technique, an extra towel, sound, and light and temperature adjustments. Communication is the key to making sure you get the best out of your treatment. Naturally all information is confidential, we pay close attention to the principles of the DSGVO.

A warm shower shortly before your treatment relaxes, removes dead skin and prepares the skin for the massage creams and oils. We only use high quality products for our treatments that cleanse your skin.

We recommend that you do not shave before a body peeling treatment. Peeling treatments are not recommended if you have sunburnt skin. If pregnant we recommend that you seek advice from our therapists as to which treatments are appropriate.

We recommend men to shave before a facial treatment to allow optimum cleansing of the skin.

Cancellations should be made up to 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise you will be charged.

In the interest of all guests, please do not take mobile phones or tablets into the Alpenwelt spa or treatments. E-books are an exception.

The treatment area and the saunas in the Alpenwelt spa are a place of peace and relaxation. Please understand that children over the age of 12 are only allowed in these areas during opening hours from 2 pm, except during family sauna times with prior booking. Treatments from the Alpi’s spa range can therefore be booked during the 9 am – 2 pm period. These treatments are tailored to the needs of children aged 4 – 10 years, the presence of a parent is not compulsory but preferred and welcome at any time.

We have prepared a wellness basket in your room for you. It contains towels for the pool and sauna. The hammam towels, sometimes known as peshtemals, which you will find in front of the saunas, originate from the oriental bathing culture and are used by men as loin cloths and by women to cover their bodies when visiting steam baths and saunas.

Our tea bar with fresh mountain spring water (still or sparkling) is situated in the waiting area of the Alpenwelt wellness spa.

We request your understanding and ask you not to consume any further food and drinks in the pool and wellness area. Thank you. You are welcome to visit our cake buffet with tea and coffee in the afternoon in our s’Nestl, (area behind the buffet), which we have designated a bath robe area during the day.

Breath-taking views

Panorama-pool

When indoors and outdoors become one, the blue sky merges with the blue water before your eyes. Our panorama pool offers you the best views of the impressive mountain panorama and a direct connection to the panorama garden.

The panorama pool, measuring 7 by 12 metres and a water temperature of 30, invites you to take a dip. With limited opening hours for children, we give adults space to feel the soothing effect of the water.

Alpenwelt Spa treatments
We pamper you with the healing properties of the Alps, as only the best of nature is good enough for you. To guarantee your choice of appointments, please reserve them at the time of booking. Your confirmation of appointments will be given to you on arrival.
