Relaxation begins in the mountains
Wellness holiday in Tyrol
Our sauna area greets you with a finnish sauna and bio-steam sauna with panoramic views, aromatic steam bath, refreshing Kniepp-shower and Tyrolean bucket shower, panorama relax zone, connecting directly to the panorama garden and a tea bar with fresh Tyrolean mountain spring water and a selection of teas.
In the finnish sauna your circulation is stimulated at 90° and activates your body in an intensive way, in the bio steam sauna it is more gentle at 60° – both offering our unique panoramic view over the Inn valley. In the aromatic steam bath various enticing aromas help relieve everyday tension. After the sauna we recommend refreshing with our kneipp-sauna or Tyroler bucket shower.
Breath-taking views
Panorama-pool
When indoors and outdoors become one, the blue sky merges with the blue water before your eyes. Our panorama pool offers you the best views of the impressive mountain panorama and a direct connection to the panorama garden.
The panorama pool, measuring 7 by 12 metres and a water temperature of 30, invites you to take a dip. With limited opening hours for children, we give adults space to feel the soothing effect of the water.
Alpenwelt Spa treatments
We pamper you with the healing properties of the Alps, as only the best of nature is good enough for you. To guarantee your choice of appointments, please reserve them at the time of booking. Your confirmation of appointments will be given to you on arrival.

We recommend booking treatments in advance – ideally when you book your room – so that we can take your preferences regarding the treatment and time into account. Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

Please send the completed form to info@inntalerhof.com.
Please ensure that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment, as otherwise we will have to charge you the full treatment fee.
To ensure you can make the most of your treatment time, we ask that you arrive at the Inntalerhof Wellness & Spa (waiting area outside the treatment rooms) approximately 5 minutes before your appointment begins, where you can settle in for your wellness or beauty programme with a cup of tea. Out of respect for the guests following you, we ask for your understanding that if you are late, the time lost will be deducted from your treatment time. Thank you!
Yes. A wellness spa basket has been prepared in your room, containing towels for the pool and sauna, as well as a bathrobe – including one for children. You will also find hammam towels outside the saunas.
During your treatment, we aim to cater to your individual preferences. Before each session, our specialists will ask you what is particularly important to you regarding the treatment you have booked, so that we can tailor your valuable treatment time as closely as possible to your needs and requirements. Please remember to inform us of any specific health conditions you may have, as certain treatments may not be suitable for you.
You can address your requests and suggestions directly to our massage therapists, whether regarding massage pressure, an extra towel, or adjustments to sound, lighting and temperature. Communication is key to ensuring you receive the treatment that is ideal for you. We will, of course, treat this information confidentially; we take the principles of the GDPR very seriously.
A warm shower just before a massage treatment helps you relax, removes dead skin cells and perfectly prepares your skin for our massage creams and oils. We use only high-quality products for our treatments, which have a deeply nourishing and relaxing effect on your skin.
We recommend that ladies do not shave before a body scrub. If you have sunburn, we advise against treatments involving exfoliation. If you are pregnant, please ask our spa team for advice on which treatments are suitable for you.
We recommend that gentlemen shave before a facial treatment to ensure the skin receives the maximum benefit and care.
In the interests of our guests seeking peace and quiet, we ask that you do not bring mobile phones or tablets into our Inntalerhof Spa, or use them there. E-book readers are exempt from this rule.
The treatment area and saunas at the Inntalerhof Spa are a place of peace and relaxation. Please note that, during opening hours from 2.00 pm onwards, children aged 12 and over are permitted in these areas, except during family sauna times, for which prior booking is required. Treatments from the spa menu can therefore be booked between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm. These treatments are tailored to the needs of children aged 4–10; the presence of a parent is not a requirement, but is always encouraged and welcome.
We have prepared a wellness spa basket for you in your room. Inside, you will find towels for the pool and the saunas. The hammam towels, also known as pestemals, which you will find outside the saunas, originate from the Oriental bathing culture and are used by gentlemen as a loincloth and by ladies to cover themselves when visiting steam rooms and saunas.
In the waiting area of the Inntalerhof Wellness & Spa, you will find our tea bar, serving fresh mountain spring water and wellness water, as well as a selection of fine teas.
We ask for your understanding that we request you to refrain from consuming any further drinks or food in the pool and wellness area. Thank you. You are welcome to come to our s’Nestl (the area behind the buffet) in the afternoon for a healthy snack or to enjoy the cake buffet with coffee or tea; we have designated this area as the bathrobe zone during the day.
