Prices quoted are per person & night or week (7 nights), based on an occupancy of 2 persons. Our weekend rates apply for short stays at weekends. During the Christmas/New Year period, the above conditions apply for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays over New Year's Eve we charge a surcharge of € 95,- per adult person incl. 1 bottle of champagne per room. The prices include the Tyrolean pampering board, all inclusive services as well as all taxes and duties, excluding local tax. When booking with breakfast only, the daily rate is reduced by EUR 45,- per person & night.

The apartments in the country house do not have 4 star status due to the lack of elevator in the building.
