We have adjusted our cancellation policy to the situation: 

So that you can plan and start your vacation relaxed and carefree, we have changed our cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation, which is already done or is still planned, free of charge until one week before arrival. This applies to all stays (travel period) until 30.11.2020.
A change of dates is still possible in the last week before arrival before any extra charge. 

We are still here for you!

Our desks and the reservation department are still staffed, of course from the home office. During office hours on working days, we are at your disposal for all concerns, questions or requests! You can reach us by phone at +43 (0) 5212 4747 or by email at info@inntalerhof.com

Another concern: Please do not cancel your already booked stay with us, but postpone it to a later date in order to do something good for yourself as soon as possible after this period  In this way you help us and the entire tourist infrastructure on site.

We’re already looking forward whenever the situation gets normal and we may welcome and spoil our guest as usually in our Inntalerhof!
