Hotel for summit seekers and mountain hikers

The point of hiking is to be out and on the move. One word of advice: don’t just look at where you are heading, but dare to look around you, because the real beauty of nature is found to the left and right of the pathway.

The Hotel Inntalerhof in Mösern near Seefeld is the perfect hotel for a hiking holiday in the Tyrolean mountains. Start at the door of the hotel and discover the well sign-posted hiking routes from easy to challenging, and plenty of opportunities for stopping along the way.

Walk directly from the hotel on the 3-lakes-walk. After approx. 10 minutes’ walk you reach the Möserer Lake. This idyllically situated lake is one of the warmest lakes in Tyrol. Follow the path nr. 2 taking you past the natural phenomenon of the Lottensee & Wildmoossee. Both of these lakes are a periodic phenomenon, which do not always contain water. Approx. halfway throught he walk you reach the Wildmoos alm – a must during your holiday! Pop in and enjoy typically Tyrolean dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn and Apple strudel. (To welcome you there is a schnapps fountain!) Well strengthened, follow the Panorama path past the Brunschkopf back to Mösern. The total walk takes approx. 3 ½ hours, perfect for a first day warm up!
 

TIP: For those wanting more of a challenge, walk up to the Brunschkopf!
